Norton Bridge Methodist Church

This 25 year old building on the main road between Glyntaff and Cilfynydd draws a congregation from the immediate area and beyond. Monthly lunch and bi-monthly Community teas. Worship uses the current Methodist Worship Book and Singing the Faith.

Sadly, after a long presence in the community in the previous building and then the current one, the church will be holding it’s final service at 11am on Sunday 19 July 2026. After that date, if you wish to go to a Methodist Church for worship etc., then the nearest Methodist Churches can be found here on the Circuit website. If you wish to worship within the community, most of the congregation will then be worshipping at Beulah Baptist Church Cilfynydd.

It is hoped to have an ‘open day’ before the closure for people to visit the building, share memories, etc. The date is yet to be agreed – watch this space!
