Treherbert Methodist Church

Located at the top of the Rhondda valley, we meet for worship on a Sunday evening. Several times during the year we have special services to mark occasions such as St David’s Day, Flower Festival, Harvest and Christmas. These services are well attended by the wider community.

An active Brownie pack is connected to the church and the Brownies and their leader sometimes take an active part in worship.  We have a midweek Bible Study and play an active part in the life of the local council of churches.

Sadly, after a long presence in the community in the previous building and then the current one, the church will be holding it’s final service at 3pm on Sunday 31 May 2026. After that date, if you wish to go to a Methodist Church for worship etc., then the nearest Methodist Churches can be found here on the Circuit website.
