Our very own Rev. June Vaughan was honoured this morning at our Aberfan church with the presentation of an MBE for lifetime services to the community. The Lord Lieutenant of Glamorgan presented the award on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen. The church was filled with June’s very proud family and friends who paid heartfelt tributes to this extraordinary lady. We’re so proud of you, June!
